December 11th to 12th
Theater Production “Millennials” by Pilo Galindo trough HUBarte

December 11th and 12th were the dates in which the theatrical production titled "Millennials or how to live alone among so many people" otherwise known in spanish as “Millennials o de cómo vivir solo entre tanta gente” was performed at Technology HUB on the Steve Jobs auditorium. The author and director of the play Edeberto "Pilo" Galindo, originally from Juárez, was recently awarded the medal for artistic merit from the Institute for Culture of the Municipality of Juárez. The play deals with issues such as the stigma faced by those belonging to the “millennial” generation and the weight of the problems left to them by previous generations.

The play starred Christian Valenzuela and Estefanía Estrada who gave an inspiring interpretation and brought their characters to life. The production was carried out thanks to the efforts of HUBarte’s director Luis Pegut who closed his annual Cultural Agenda of 2019 with a bang.

Month of December
Toy donation delivery Colecta Sueños

During the past three months 6 teams made up by members of the T-HUB family, and external volunteers, organized events to collect toys, money, clothes, and various useful items as part of the 9th Colecta Sueños; an event organized by the non profit Conectando Corazones. This non profit was born from the union of the companies; Adco, Atoz, Cellhub, Technology HUB, and Fundación Axcel.

The campaign reached its climax during the first weeks of December, where each team organized a joint venture with a children’s home to support a total of 6 children’s homes in Ciudad Juárez and the capital of Chihuahua. With the help of donors and the immense dedication of the team members it was possible to gather enough toys, clothes, shoes, food, money, computers, and other items to benefit more than 500 children in need.

There’s no better gift than a child's smile and we’re incredibly proud to have been able to give these children a day full of excitement, love and joy. The tenth Colecta Sueños is next year and we hope to continue contributing our grain of sand to ultimately achieve a positive change in the world.
