Thousands of young people from El Paso, Texas, and Juarez, Mexico, gathered together in a binational conference called RESET.
The event showcased speakers from all over the world who specialize in innovation, business and technology.

The event will give young people an opportunity to experience the new and upcoming way to do business.
"All the people that are giving conferences and workshops today are specializing in what's coming up next, what's the future of labor," Batista said.
Mariana Ramirez is one of the thousands who attended the event. She says young people from Juarez and El Paso should work together to build a stronger economy through technology.
"Us young people should develop these technologies so we can work together to build a better economy,” said Ramirez.
Organizers say they hope by inspiring young people to become innovators, it will help improve wages in El Paso and help young think outside the box.
"Everything is changing now. So all the people that are coming here are inspiring the younger generation to take an interest in this so not only doing labor work, but the works of the mind," Batista said.
RESET is one of the many events that is part of the Borderplex 2020 plan, which aims to ensure future economic prosperity and diversity.
