Carolina Casiello is psychologist and labor coach that gave an online conference being in Argentina, her motherland. She’s certified by the ACC and the ICF, she wrote the book Towards a Happy Job.

Carolina had her first approach to Technology HUB in November 2019. Unfortunately, she couldn’t make the HUBtalk in the facilities, but that didn’t stop neither her nor the T-HUB.

On Wednesday April 29, more than 100 people tuned in live at 5pm to listen to Carolina Casiello’s interactive HUBtalk.

The conference Emerging Leadership. How to Act Upon Uncertainty? was presented through the platform Microsoft Teams.

She focused on the moments of crisis, which was appropriate because of the pandemic that is currently on the personal and working world. From psychology, Casiello talked about individuals and how they could feel either victims or protagonists, as well as what they could do to improve their mental health during these trying times.

Emerging leadership suggest changing from victims of the uncertain context to protagonist of our decisions and the ones of our team.

Through an allegory of the sea, Carolina Casiello explained how we must face the storms and tempests that the sea throws at us. We, as fisherman, must attend to our compass instead of time, as well as repair the nets to continue fishing.
