Perhaps you have already experienced our changes in terms of parcels, now any type of package is received at the booth and access to delivery men is not allowed.

The health of our members, collaborators and visitors is at stake, so we take preventive measures seriously, for instance, no physical contact, from handshakes to hugs. Still, the HUBbits found ways to maintain a healthy and affective coexistence.

The kitchen remains the heart of any home and this is the case for Technology HUB as well. We removed the cups to avoid spreading diseases, now each member has their own cup, spoons and other kitchen utensils. Supplies such as cream and sugar are now placed in individual and sealed envelopes.

Members who use the microwave sanitize the keypad and door with cleaning equipment provided before and after use. The HUBbits still coexist in a safe distance, on the tables in each kitchen there is a T-HUB logo indicating those that can be taken and those spaces that must be left free are perfectly marked.

Technology HUB posted signage throughout the campus to facilitate monitoring of health recommendations, which is evident with the unique entry and exit doors of each building.

Also, outside each building you will find a special container to deposit damaged or contaminated gloves and masks. In this way, we keep the trash that is most likely to be contaminated separate.

As you enter each building, you will find sanitation stations, where members, staff and visitors disinfect their hands with antibacterial gel and the soles of their shoes with a special formula.

All members and staff monitor compliance with these recommendations to keep all of us safe, so that a safe distance is maintained in common areas at all times, occupying the places indicated with the T-HUB logo.


The New Normal

You have read some of our prevention measures. So, now you might be wondering what a workday is like in the new normal within Technology HUB.

Our staff who can work from home do so to reduce the number of people circulating through the buildings.

The members who still work within an office apply the safe distance measures of 1.5 meters between each person, either with rearrangement or adjustment of the schedules of their collaborators.

No work materials or personal items are shared, but they still exchange ideas and continue to connect minds.

The capacity of all our sterilized meeting rooms decreased to 50% to respect the safe distance, but they still have the excellent service of Technology HUB that you already know. After being occupied, they are sterilized and ready for their next visitors.


Work meetings can still be face-to-face and safe, hold your event at Technology HUB!


Finally, to be more calm and secure, there is a specific protocol in case any member or visitor of Technology HUB presents symptoms related to COVID-19. The person is asked to leave the premises for at least 10 working days together with the collaborators who were in contact with him and the areas with which he had contact will be disinfected immediately.
