Dear members, collaborators and community,
We hope you and your families are doing really well.
At Technology HUB, we want to protect the health our collaborators, members and community and ensure a safe return to work, therefore we will be adhering to the following recommendations from the Federal Government and public health experts. We share with you the new strategies that have been planned since May 15 and that will be enforced beginning June 1st.
- Mandatory use of face masks at all times; members will be given up to 1 piece and in case of not having it, access will be restricted.
- Occupancy limits for meeting rooms, offices, break rooms, common grounds and auditoriums will be decreased to 50% (Facilities Management will advise the new occupancy limits for the office spaces).
- Social distance notices and markers will be placed throughout the common areas using visible stickers, acrylic signals, etc.
- There will be a shoe disinfecting product at the entrance of each building.
- The placement of acrylic dividers between desks.
- General sanitization throughout the campus.
- Pedestrian access for members and visitors will be through the northern gate, exclusively through the front facing doors.
- Wear discrete pieces of jewelry. Avoid wearing neck ties. Please keep all facial hair neatly trimmed.
- Identify and comply with the entrance and exit doors in each building.
- Every time you access a building, you must sanitize your hands with antibacterial gel; we encourage the use of the sanitizing stations.
- External clients and courier delivery drivers will not be granted access to the campus. All parcels will be received and accounted for in the security guard post.
- Every member must bring their own coffee mug, cutlery and kitchen utensils as needed to make use of the coffee service.
- Only containers such as Tupperware can be placed inside the fridge. Food containers must be retrieved daily by 6:00 pm, otherwise they will be disposed of. No lunch bags or plastic bags will be accepted inside the refrigerator.
- Before and after using the microwave, you must clean and disinfect they keys and door handle using the cleaning and sanitizing instruments provided for that matter.
- Be advised that the common grounds, auditoriums and meeting rooms will be disinfected daily and after being used.
- There will be daily communication via email with recommendations on how to keep the working spaces neat and sanitized and how to enforce positive social distancing.
- We are all part of this journey, steer away from discriminating people that have been diagnosed or have relatives diagnosed with COVID-19.
- If any member or visitor of Technology Hub shows symptoms similar to those of COVID-19, they will be asked to remove themselves from the premises for at least 10 business days along with the personnel that were in touch with them. Following this, the areas in which the person spent time will be disinfected.
We truly value your continued support in this exceptional time in which we must come together to overcome this challenge.
