The Bridge Accelerator is a bi-national supplier development program for the Industry in the region of Ciudad Juarez and El Paso.
It includes a 12 week-rigorous training program designed for existing successful companies in this region. It started in February when COVID-19 situation wasn’t as strong as it is now. Nonetheless, halfway there the wind of change blew string and the program had to adapt or fall.
T-HUB could’ve thrown the program out the window because of the pandemic, but they took the path of adaptability. So, the remaining modules were taken online with the support of platforms like Microsoft Teams.
