HUBing “From Branding to Community; The evolution that every company doesn’t require but needs” by Guillermo Asiaín
The 5th edition of HUBing took place on Wednesday September 27th where Guillermo Asiaín, entrepreneur and founder of Level Up Coaching and Human Development, shared with us the evolution that every company doesn't require to exist but needs to grow. Guillermo, on the last Networking Night of the year, shared some of his experiences that demonstrated the importance the community has in any and every business or company. He spoke about the need to move as one in order to avoid getting stuck with outdated ideas and prejudices that harm integration, development, and growth of every company. This is why every entrepreneur needs to work towards making the community feel identified and thus foster solidarity inside and outside. Guillermo closed with a dynamic in which he demonstrated the great power that the community has when working as a team.
Thanks to everyone who accompanied us on this night and all the Networking Nights of 2019.
We hope that together we continue connecting minds in 2020.
