September 25th
HUBTalk 4.0 “The Impact of Industry 4.0 on Human Resources”.
On September 25th, Computer Systems Engineer Luis Alonso Loya, who has more than 12 years of experience and a Master's degree in Administration from the UACJ, gave the HUBtalk “The Impact of Industry 4.0 on Human Resources” at Technology HUB. Luis discussed with the attendants how the 4th industrial revolution has been gaining strength and how increasingly, more industries are looking to implement new technological projects within their operations, aiming to become more productive and efficient.
He was questioned on issues such as: What is happening within the area of human resources? And, what is the impact the revolution is having on this working group? Luis entertained and answered these and all questions posed by those in attendance.

#HUBing “Economic Perspectives What does 2020 have in store for us?”
During the fourth edition of #HUBing, Erika Donjuan, an economist and research expert for business decision making with a Doctorate in Economic and Sectorial Development, shared with us the fundamental tools for growth and tips to maintain updated our knowledge pertaining to technology and innovation trends. Erika prepared dynamics to help us create important connections, grow our network, and be inspired by new ideas.

October 14th
Microsoft TechSpark announces investment for The Bridge Accelerator program.
On October 14, Microsoft Techspark announced its collaboration and commitment with Technology HUB by providing an investment of $1.5 Million dollars destined for The Bridge Accelerator program. The program is designed with the purpose of promoting innovation, digital skills, and increasing economic opportunities in the Ciudad Juárez-El Paso region.

October 23rd
American Consulate Leadership Day and LeitoChun´s Visit.
Every year the Consuls and Vice-Consuls that work at the U.S. Consulate General in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico suspend their daily operations in order to treat their staff to a fun and dynamic training day. On October 23, 2019, they decided to visit Technology Hub, housed in the same building complex where the U.S. Consulate General used to stand 11 years ago, thus making it the perfect setting for a day full of nostalgia, learning, and excitement.
On the same day, LeitoChun, an Instagram influencer from Korea, visited Technology HUB as part of his Mexico tour.
October 24th
Jorge Rosas Visit
On October 24th Jorge Rosas, renowned Mexican businessman and lecturer, visited Technology HUB. During his stay, he spoke with our CEO Ricardo Mora who briefly gave a presentation on the ongoing efforts to promote innovation in our borderland.
October 25th
Technology HUB Anniversary - Thank You for these 4 amazing years!
On October 25th, we celebrated 4 years since the first opening phase of Technology HUB. Since then, and thanks to your help, we have created a collaborative space together where innovation, improvement, entrepreneurship, and personal growth of this entire binational community is made possible/encouraged. Thank you for joining us thus far, however, this is only the beginning. We have more minds to connect and we would like you to join us on the journey we have yet to travel.
In these past 4 years:
- There have been around 1200 tours of our facilities.
- There have been approximately 140 #HUBtalks given on various topics from business to personal growth impacting around 5000 individuals.
- This year 2019, the first edition of The Bridge Accelerator program was successfully carried out. It involved the participation of 10 Juarez and El Paso businesses and resulted in 1.5 million dollars in contracts with industry leaders. On October 14th, Microsoft Techspark announced a collaboration with TechHUB ́s signature program and committed to invest $ 1.5 Million during the next three years dollars to boost innovation, employability, and economic opportunity in the Cd Juarez-El Paso region.
- Two RESET events were organized, the largest bi-national innovation and entrepreneurship summit on the border. Events included panels, workshops, and Hackathons where there were more than 7,500 participants.
- More than 200 workshops were led by FabLab where approximately 1,500 individuals learned both technical and artistic skills.
- There was one Shark Tank where 10 startups participated.
- More than 40 workshops were given.
- 4 HUBings were carried out where approximately 200 individuals build up their connections network.
- More than 55 thousand followers were obtained through social media networks.
And so much more, all thanks to your support.
From November 1st through November 5th
Altars T-HUB. #HUBarte
From November 1st through November 5th, altars for the Day of the Dead celebrations were displayed in Technology HUB. They were dedicated to renowned personalities including Tin Tan, José José, and Francisco Toledo. Employees from all tenant businesses contributed objects, flowers, sugar skulls, among many other items, making it possible to adorn the lobby of each building with an explosion of color and tradition.
November 6th
Interactive Talk “Personal Purpose, How to Achieve Happiness at Work? by Carolina Casiello ”
On November 6th an interactive talk was given by Carolina Casiello, an expert on the subject, on how to achieve happiness at work. Carolina shared with us the steps needed to achieve a synergy between what we want in life and what we do in our work. There is no doubt all who attended the event discovered the necessary tools to lead a more satisfying life.
