Did you know Frank Sinatra has a workplace in the Moon? Me neither. But wouldn’t it be great? Everybody has their perfect location for their workplace. It’s ok to have a goal like that in mind, but, for the moment, we’ll have to settle with the workplaces on Earth.
Coming back down to Earth, you need to consider more seriously where you want your business center to be located; it’s not all about price. Your collaborators need to really feel at their second home. And this doesn’t need to cost you a lot.
Pay Per View

Isn’t it nice to get up from your desk, go to the window and look at the Washington view? Well, if you occupy a square foot, you’re standing on 595 dollars. Expensive? You could stand on 61 dollars and look at the Columbus landscape. But, are your clients there?
Sometimes we can choose the city where we want to have our workplace, but most of the time we end up establishing where we live. Nonetheless, it must be an educated decision where our workplace is located, full of considerations and variables; not just the view.
Unless you’ll look at craters out your window, the view is not as relevant as some relaxation areas. Kitchens and game areas will make your collaborators really feel at their second home.
Moreover, is way more expensive to rent a building or office than a membership. If you become a member of a business center club, you’d be saving tons of money in things like internet, cleaning, security and much more. And that’s not just money, but also time.

Maybe you can’t have your workplace in the Moon like Frank Sinatra, yet you can be in Technology HUB, which is the same. Why, you ask? We think like we’re already on the Moon. Our facilities are evidence that we don’t let our environment dictate who we are or how we think.
In the long run, having your workplace in T-HUB is better, your collaborators will be more relaxed and happier; not to mention your business wallet’s well-being.
Also, you get a lot out of being located near a border city like El Paso, Texas. You can do business with Mexico easily and even use their workforce as a solution to some of your problems.
So, consider: what are you really paying for? Is that office in Washington worth the money? It probably looks nice, but you can get way more perks out of a business center club like Technology HUB.
